2. Defective or Damaged Items
Due to the handcrafted, all-natural nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns for used items unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
